Tabitha Health Care Services is affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and is headquartered in the heart of Lincoln, Nebraska. Tabitha has regional offices in York and Nebraska City, along with a long-term care facility in Saline County, Tabitha Nursing Center at Crete.
