2004 - In October of 2004, Hospice of Tabitha was formally recognized as the founding Hospice in Nebraska at the National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization national conference in Washington D.C.
2004 - Tabitha Celebrates Grand Opening of Tabitha LifeQuest Center
2005 - Tabitha Breaks Ground on its new Green House Project
