Tabitha Hospice will offer Growing Through Grief, a six-week grief support group, from Feb. 1-March 7 in Seward. Those grieving the loss of a loved one are invited to attend the Monday sessions from 4-5:30 p.m.

Tabitha’s grief support groups are for anyone who has experienced the recent death of a relative, friend or other loved one. The purpose of the group is to equip participants with the tools and resources needed to reinvest oneself in life.

The group will meet at Greene Place (600 Church St.) and will be facilitated by trained Tabitha Hospice staff.
