Tabitha Health Care Services understands that life’s story never ends. We are here to help families, friends and loved ones celebrate and remember moments past and present while helping men and women from all backgrounds as they share life’s final season. We introduced Hospice to Lincoln 30 years ago and built that expertise into a top-rated program with an excellent reputation in the community.
With Christian compassion we opened the doors to our Journey House the spring of 2011. Standing proud on Tabitha’s Lincoln campus, the Journey House is Lincoln’s only Medicare certified skilled nursing facility hospice community.
Almost 8,090 square feet with 12 rooms dedicated to enhance end-of-life care through:
- Private, peaceful rooms, with special places for children to play and families to enjoy moments together
- Compassionate, well trained and dedicated team members helping families, friends and their loved ones
- Spacious indoor and outdoor gathering areas
- Round-the-clock care in a home-like setting
- Emphasizing the quality of life with a combination of spirituality, medical treatment and pain management, social services and therapy
