Individuals with Alzheimer's or other types of dementia have a wide range of abilities, and their needs change as their condition progresses. High-functioning adults may need only minimal support, while severely impacted adults may require around-the-clock care.

Tabitha addresses these diverse needs with a broad range of memory care services within the Tabitha Elder Care Continuum. Our unified resource base and continuum navigation continuity make it easier to adjust to each individual's changing needs.

Meals on Wheels

Seniors receive a warm, nutritious lunch—plus the benefit of someone checking on their well-being each day.

In-Home Support

Tabitha aides provide companionship, light housekeeping, transportation and support for many other daily living activities on a regular or as-needed basis.

Home Health Care

When your loved one needs assistance with medications, at-home therapy or recuperative medical care, Tabitha Home Health is the answer. Our nurses, therapists and aides are expertly trained, and we are Medicare-certified.

VoiceCare Emergency Response

VoiceCare supports independent living with a secure, reliable emergency response system. Individuals wear a personal activator button. When pressed, VoiceCare will contact designated responders such as family, neighbors or emergency response personnel.

Adult Day Services

A daytime home-away-from-home, Tabitha Adult Day services provide a safe, nurturing environment for adults who need extra care during the day when other family members may not be available. Whether for regular or respite care, adult clients enjoy nutritious meals, engaging activities, memory care support, medication administration and assistance with other activities of daily living.

Memory Care Assisted Living

At Tabitha we strive to help individuals with memory care issues live as independently as possible while providing comprehensive care and compassionate support. Every detail, from the design of our buildings and secure monitoring to creative recall activities, is designed to provide each resident a safe and enriching lifestyle.

Tabitha has memory care assisted living communities in Lincoln, Crete and Hebron. Our teams have specialized training for memory care and help our residents live comfortable, fulfilling lives.

Skilled Nursing Memory Care

Our commitment to memory care starts with two key ingredients—grace and love—no matter what level of care is needed. For those with more demanding health and memory challenges, Tabitha offers round-the-clock memory care at our skilled nursing communities in Lincoln and Hebron.

Respite Care

When family caregivers need some time off, Tabitha offers a broad range of respite care. Select in-home of Adult Day services, or choose to have your loved one live at GracePointe or Garden Square in fully furnished respite suites for a minimum of two weeks.
