Tabitha offers home health care services in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Working with you, your physician and a Tabitha visiting registered nurse will develop a plan of home care based specifically on your needs. This plan will determine the types of services you need, the home health team members who will provide your services and how often you will be seen by each team member. Your plan also includes required medications, any needed medical equipment, supplies and treatments, as well as your goals for improvement. Nebraska's Longest Serving Medicare Certified Agency.
- Skilled Nurse to provide professional care and education specializing in diabetes, cancer, heart conditions, orthopedics, respiratory conditions, mental health, IV therapy, wound care and post-operative care.
- Physical Therapist to improve mobility, strength and activity tolerance.
- Speech/Language Pathologist to treat communication and swallowing disorders.
- Occupational Therapist to improve self-care skills and homemaking.
- Home Health Aide to help with bathing personal care and assistance with prescribed range of motion exercises.
- Social Worker to help with emotional, social and economic concerns.
- Registered Dietitian to provide instruction regarding special diets as ordered by your physician.
- VoiceCare Personal Emergency Response SystemConnect instantly any time day or night with Tabitha's affordable VoiceCare emergency response system. Whether it’s a helping hand from a neighbor or family member or medical emergency, VoiceCare is always with you for instant response.
- Telehealth Daily Vitals MonitoringMonitor your health with telehealth to collect and transmit your vital signs (blood pressure, weight, oxygen level and pulse) as frequently as you or your physician desire. Available to Home Health clients with a physician's order.
