Tabitha Nursing Center - Crete, Crete, Nebraska, is located at 1540 Grove Avenue (the former building of the Crete Area Medical Center). This 40-bed facility offers Saline County residents a restorative program, onsite Chapel, activities, beauty shop services, cable TV, private dining, transportation to medical appointments, resident council opportunities and much more. Inpatient Hospice care is also provided to individuals facing an end-of-life illness. Hospice of Tabitha is Nebraska’s longest serving Hospice provider offering specially trained RNs, LPNs, nurse aides, social workers, clergy and volunteers to support you and your family members.
