Lincoln Campus Services : Long-Term Care
Tabitha provides long-term care for individuals requiring ongoing support for chronic health needs when living at home is no longer an option. Tabitha Nursing & Rehabilitation Center's array of long-term care services provides expertise in managing disease processes such as diabetes, arthritis, cardio pulmonary, Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis and others. As Lincoln's only Eden Alternative™ certified nursing home, the Center prioritizes establishment of a warm and nurturing environment for clients and personnel. Tabitha Nursing Center also provides specialized environments for Alzheimer's disease and Hospice/end-of-life care and treatment. All residents have access to the onsite rehabilitation services of Tabitha's LifeQuest Center. Services Available
