Character: We understand that we must always be “in character” while doing the work of Tabitha:

  • Treat everyone with courtesy, honesty and respect.
  • Accept responsibility for your position.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures.
  • Be part of the solution, not part of the problem.
  • Do the right thing, even when no one is watching.

Compassion: We extend unwavering Christian Compassion to everyone.
Ways we demonstrate compassion…

  • Recognize each person is a unique and wonderful human being.
  • Honor the requests, desires and needs of other, not imposing our own beliefs or goals.
  • Be sensitive to the feelings, thoughts and experiences of others.
  • Have an unwavering desire to help reduce the suffering of others.
  • Demonstrate patience, kindness, gentleness and humility.

Connection: We commit to building relations rooted in love, because LOVE MATTERS most at Tabitha.

  • Be intentional in welcoming and greeting everyone.
  • Be responsive and supportive to the needs of others even when it’s difficult.
  • Be aware and sensitive to cultural values and diversity.
  • Build and nurture warm and caring relationships.

Customer Service: We anticipate each customer’s needs, always looking for ways to exceed their expectations.
Ways we demonstrate customer service…

  • Recognize the uniqueness and value of everyone by giving personalized attention.
  • Treat everyone in a kind and friendly manner.
  • Resolve problems with customers immediately.
  • Recognize meeting the needs of everyone is not enough…exceeding expectations is our highest purpose.
  • Do it right the first time. If this isn’t done, then do it right the second time.

Collaboration: We commit to cooperate with others to create a collaborative atmosphere.

  • Interact with everyone in a positive and friendly manner.
  • Seek out and be open to the ideas of others within and outside of Tabitha.
  • Recognize and utilize the skills across “One Tabitha.”

Communication: We accept responsibility for excellent communication and will constantly be aware that what we say and do is a reflection on Tabitha.

  • Communicate “concerns” to the right person, the right time, the right way in the right place.
  • Make sure your message is understood as it was intended.
  • If you don’t understand the message, seek clarification.
  • Learn to listen well…let others speak.
