MONTHLY PAYOUT

Payout starts monthly after the completion of New TEAMember Orientation and extends two years while employed at Tabitha:

  • RN - $1,000/month
  • LPN - $750/month
  • CNA - $500/month
  • Food Service - $250/month

* New TEAMembers only; rehires eligible after six-month period. Transfers not eligible. Signed Hiring Bonus Agreement required. Payout contingent upon employment—bonus payments end upon termination of new hire or referral.
