COVID-19 Vaccine Information

Vaccination Clinics

The Pfizer vaccine will be used and we will be administering the TWO DOSES that are required. Please see Facts and Frequently Asked Questions about the vaccine.

TNRC & GracePointe

Clinic 2: January 18, 7:30-11 a.m

  • 2nd/FINAL DOSE for ALL who completed Clinic 1 - TNRC Fireplace Seating Area
  • 1st DOSE for staff who DID NOT complete Clinic 1 - LifeQuest Conference Room
    • 7:30-9 a.m.: Night Shift, Last Names A-H
    • 9-10 a.m.: I-P
    • 10-11 a.m.: Q-Z
  • 1st DOSE for new residents

Clinic 3: February 8, Time TBD, TNRC LifeQuest Conference Room

  • 2nd DOSE for ALL who received 1st DOSE in Clinic 2
  • Times TBD

NOTE:

  • ALL Residents will be vaccinated in their rooms
  • Those Short-Stay Residents who discharge between first and second dose, will be contacted by Social Services to return to complete their vaccination at the next Clinic
  • All staff, including GracePointe staff, will be vaccinated at TNRC LifeQuest
  • At this time, we do not know how the vaccine program will continue after we complete the three clinics – we are awaiting further info

  • Administer 2nd dose to ALL residents
