Amazing Greys

Retired Lincoln pastors, missionaries and their wives gather to celebrate Tabitha and its mission of exceptional service to older adults in the community.

Tabitha Hosts Amazing Grays

Tabitha, Nebraska’s industry-leading Senior Care provider, connected a special group of retired Lincoln pastors, missionaries and their wives at the annual Amazing Grays Luncheon. These guests have made an impact on the community and given Tabitha their time, talent and treasure, as donors and volunteers through Tabitha Meals on Wheels and the Tabitha Chapel.

The event celebrated Tabitha’s accomplishments in 2018 including several regional awards. Tabitha Home Health and Hospice was honored with the Best of Otoe County award. Tabitha was voted Lincoln’s Choice for Senior Living as well as earning, for the 10th year in a row, Best of Lincoln for In-Home Care. Tabitha’s youngest donor was also spotlighted, 10-year-young Braxton Anderson, who with the help of his parents, Cassie and TR, raised over $16,000 for Tabitha Meals on Wheels.

“We are very grateful for the friendship and continued support from this group of devoted clergy,” said Tabitha Senior Living Advocate, Aubrey Paulsen. “Their advocacy and commitment helps us to continue serving Lincoln neighbors and over 2,000 Nebraska Seniors daily with the services they need, whenever, wherever and however they need.”

At Tabitha there are a multitude of ways to support Seniors in your community, including sponsoring special events, providing planned contributions, gift annuities and more.
