Tabitha in Crete Honored with Silver Quality Award
Tabitha in Crete has become one of only two living communities in Nebraska to receive the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living’s (AHCA/NCAL) Silver – Achievement in Quality Award in 2022.
This recognition is a result of Tabitha’s outstanding commitment to quality Care. Focused on delivering long-term skilled nursing, the two residential-style Tabitha in Crete houses hold perfect, five-star-overall quality ratings from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
