Tabitha Hospice—Nebraska’s longest-serving provider of end-of-life Care—has been recognized by Texas-based organization, Homecare Homebase, as part of their prestigious 2024 Client Success Awards.
Tabitha is a national winner of their Hospice Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Excellence Award. Honorees were determined by highest-level rankings on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ (CMS) “Hospice Visits in the Last Days of Life” (HVLDL) metrics.
In addition to these metrics, Tabitha Hospice was named as a recipient based on its quality and availability of care in life’s most challenging moments; an involved and local volunteer base that provides additional companionship and support to Clients; and a team of grief experts that provide bereavement care to families for 18 months following a loss.
