Long-term care Residents receive help navigating our care and social services, available physician services, beauty/ barber shop services, and engaging daily activities ranging from games and social groups to musical performances, community outings and more.

FAQs
What should I bring?
Tabitha at Prairie Commons provides a bed, television, dresser, nightstand, lamp and phone. For ease of care, we discourage bringing in additional furniture. We do encourage Residents to bring a few personal items to make their suite feel like home.
What are the laundry services?
We launder Resident clothing at the house on an assigned day. Tabitha also provides bed linens, which are laundered as needed.
How big are the rooms?
Each long-term care / skilled nursing suite in Tabitha at Prairie Commons is 324 square feet.
Will I have my own bathroom?
Yes! Each suite is equipped with a full, private bathroom.
Is there a meal schedule?
Each house has a main, full-service kitchen where we prepare three meals per day Residents. The menu planned takes into consideration what each Resident is able to enjoy. Residents may choose to eat in the dining room or in their individual suites.
Snacks are also available.
What if I need additional services?
Tabitha Care Experts work with older adults and their support system/families to determine care as needs evolve.
