Are You A Caregiver?

Through Tabitha Adult Day Services, our caregivers develop a one-on-one relationship with your loved one by providing comfort, assistance with activities of daily living and someone to share a laugh with.

Day Services Include:

• Eligible Veterans receive 3-days of care
• Daily, weekly or as needed
• Nutritious meals and snacks
• Socialization
• Secured area
• Intergenerational activities with visiting children
• Individual and group activities
• Vitals monitoring
• Medication administration

Additional Services Available:

Tabitha Adult Day Services provides access to Tabitha’s network of health and personal care services:

• Physical, occupational and speech therapies
• Case Management Services
• Hair, nail and foot care
• Wellness Programs
• Transportation
