Dr. Erin Dahlke, D.O., HMDC, Tabitha Hospice Medical Director
Dr. Erin Dahlke has been committed to providing quality hospice and inpatient/outpatient palliative care throughout the entirety of her career in health care. She is board certified in hospice and palliative medicine, family medicine, and is a nationally certified hospice medical director. Before transitioning into health care, Dr. Dahlke taught high school math and science. Her passion for teaching has continued in medicine and she loves teaching patients, families, team members, medical students, and physicians about the benefits of palliative care and hospice.

Dr. Devin Fox, M.D., FACP
Dr. Devin Fox, M.D., FACP, Associate Hospice Physician
Dr. Devin Fox is a board-certified internal medicine physician who has practiced in the Omaha area for over 20 years. In his career, he has spent time in outpatient community practice, inpatient hospital medicine, and hospital and system medical leadership, as well as teaching at the Creighton University School of Medicine. He also serves as the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Immanuel. Providing quality, compassionate care to those at the end of life has always been his passion.
