Darcie Brink first joined Tabitha in 1997 as staff accountant and has since served as director of finance and as of 2019, vice president of finance. Brink has more than 22 years of experience in health care financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and general patient accounting. She lives in Lincoln with her husband and three children.
Vice President, Foundation & Business Development
Susie Egr serves as Tabitha’s vice president, foundation & business development and provides oversight of business growth, development goals, community partnerships and market expansion opportunities for all Tabitha service lines. She is focused on finding customized solutions and optimizing processes to help meet the needs of the communities Tabitha is invited to serve. Egr previously served as the Director of Development for the Tabitha Foundation. She has over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, sales and management. She is also dedicated to supporting her local community by providing education and resources for others through Ollie’s Mission; a philanthropic fundraiser for Batten Disease, inspired by her son, Oliver, and his diagnosis.
Vice President, Clinical Quality
Brenda Soto serves as Tabitha’s vice president of clinical quality and provides strategic guidance, policies and protocol for all service lines to ensure Tabitha not only continues to comply with but exceeds industry quality standards, continuously improving in key performance areas of client satisfaction, employee engagement, financial stability and clinical excellence. Soto participated in the national Leading Age Leadership Academy, which benefited both Tabitha and Soto, as health care providers and clients increasingly rely on ratings and quality measures for senior care. She continuously advocates for seniors to make sure they receive the expert, quality care they need and deserve and strives to provide the latest training and skills for all Tabitha TEAMembers. Prior to her current role at Tabitha, she served as the director of nursing at Tabitha Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (TNRC) and quality assurance coordinator of Tabitha Home Health Care. As a registered nurse, she has over 20 years of experience in patient billing, claims and quality assessments.
