Vivian’s Story

Vivian spent the prime of her life as a nurse, saving lives and teaching others. During those years, she couldn’t imagine one day needing help of her own. But that day came and after a stay at the hospital for congestive heart failure and respiratory issues, Vivian and her family found themselves needing help.

Tabitha Home Health Care began supporting Vivian with nursing care following the hospital stay and has continued supporting her several years on with caregiver visits and clinical services. A team of home health aides and nursing staff work together with Vivian’s family and physician to manage her illness, keeping her independent and out of the hospital.

Vivian’s Tabitha Home Health Care nurse explains that the partnership between a trusting client, supportive loved ones, home health provider and personal physician is extremely important in maintaining Vivian’s health, and it is this team effort that has helped Vivian stay at home.
