Workforce Development

Tabitha’s Workforce Development program encourages TEAMember personal growth and development through continuing education, exploring new career pathways and providing key industry training and workshops.

Through this program, works to address the growing demand for Senior Care services as it outpaces the number of healthcare professionals entering the workforce. Tabitha’s goal is to increase the competence and earning potential of direct care providers, create pathways to career advancement in healthcare and remove barriers to employment for entry level healthcare workers.
